Hello everyone- welcome to today’s Scenario Voting
for the Windows Vista/Longhhorn Techbeta chat. Your questions, comments and feedback
are welcome. We’ll get started in about 15 minutes. In the meantime, if you’d like
to start asking questions, feel free to. Just please remember to check the “ask
the experts” box before sending.
Anna Benesovska [MS] (Expert):
Hello everyone! Thanks so much for joining
us today. I am Anna Benesovska, I joined Paul Donnelly’s team in March 2005. I focus
on building new and improving existing processes around customer feedback incorporation,
such as bug data processing & incorporation, alternative feedback processing & incorporation,
such as Scenario Voting and Feature Focus feedback. I am having a lot of fun with
Vista Beta and it is pleasure to work with such an awesome and dedicated group of
beta testers!
Christina H [MS] (Expert):
HI! Good day to you all!! I’m Christina from
the Windows Beta Team. I assist with coordinating the tech beta: adding testers,
content/ download administration, and work with various internal groups which host
testers as well as various other items.
Harry[MS] (Expert):
Hi everyone. Thanks for joining us. I wrote the Scenario
Voting tool and look forward to answering your questions today. Ross and I are the
one's in the snow-scene in the video.
Tim [MS] (Expert):
Hi everyone, I'm Tim, a product manager for Windows
Vista. I'm working on the Vista launch, and it's good to meet you all today.
Ross [MS] (Expert):
Hi - Thank you all for joining today - I hope we can
answer some questions for you on scenario voting. I am in Windows Core. Harry and
I are in the snow scene in the video. We really appreciate your suggestions and
comments....
Dan [MS] (Expert):
Dan [MS] Hi everyone. We appreciate your time and interest.
This is giving us some great feedback on Vista.
Christina H [MS] (Expert):
Q: [3] will there be a better way to reach scenario voting from the connect page?
Perhaps a direct link?
A: To locate the Scenario Voting link on your Vista/Longhorn and IE7 beta page,
look in the "Links" box in the center-right of the screen. The link is titled "A
look at Scenario Voting! "
Harry[MS] (Expert):
Q: [2] Will Scenario Voting include some scenarios for Longhorn Server and maybe
Vista in a Longhorn Server domain? As a server admin, I would really like to see
more builds and some good test scenarios with Longhorn Server.
A: Yes, we will have server scenarios with the next server release. We definitely
want to hear your feedback on this.
Ross [MS] (Expert):
Q: [4] On the subject on scenario voting.Would it be possible to give us an overview
of the responses to each Scenario after a new build has been released (maybe average
Satisfaction and importantness figures for each)?
A: We will be providing a report from which you can see your own votes, but,
at this stage, we won't be sharing the cumulative numbers because we don't want
to influence future voting.
Anna Benesovska [MS] (Expert):
Q: [15] Will Feature Focus scenarios be moved into the scenario voting section
as they are developed and released?
A: Yes we will be updating the scenarios with new ones as new features get checked-into
bluilds and builds get released to the technical beta.
Ross [MS] (Expert):
Q: [5] Scenario voting is excellent introduction to beta testing program for
Windows Vista, how did the idea come about?
A: We wanted to build a structured way to get more detailed customer feedback
throughout the product cycle. It aligns closely with other data we collect internally
and from other sources on the viability and usability of the product.
Dan [MS] (Expert):
Q: [9] Will there a way to report suggestions other then using the bug reporting
tool???
A: The prefered way to submit suggestions and provide feedback is using the bug
reporting tool.
Paul Donnelly [MS] (Expert):
Q: [28] When will the next release/build of longhorn be? I too am an admin.
A: We are on track to release a new build this month, before the holiday.
Harry[MS] (Expert):
Q: [21] Do you plan on adding and removing scenarios as the beta program progesses
- fishing out ones that appear to have been fixed in the past maybe 2 builds, and
adding ones based on new features that are introduced?
A: You can expect new scenarios with new builds, as appropriate.
Dan [MS] (Expert):
Q: [17] Would you ever consider making Scenario Voting an ongoing part of Windows
Vista and future versions of Windows even after release? Just to continually get
feedback and be more intouch with customers.
A: That's a great idea and something we're going to take a look at.
Christina H [MS] (Expert):
Q: [7] Scenario voting kinda confuses me. It's not anywhere on my Connect ID,
and I have to search for it each time I go there.
A: This link from the Windows Vista/ Longhorn and IE7 beta page is the quickest
way to reach Scenario Voting. ("Links" box in the center-right of the screen. The
link is titled "A look at Scenario Voting! "
Anna Benesovska [MS] (Expert):
Q: [24] I cannot try out some of the scenarios.. I voted that I could not, but
how do we get replies? Or don't we?
A: What type of replies do you expect? If you can not execute scenarios due to
missing hardware, for now just don’t vote. I.E. if you don’t have tablet PC, don’t
go through the scenarios, don’t vote. Did this answer your question?
Christina H [MS] (Expert):
Q: [33] Will there be more indept explnations on how todo some of the Scenarios
? (most will refere to the help file )
A: We are currently working toward having more detailed steps for some scenarios.
Ross [MS] (Expert):
Q: [10] Could give us some feedback on how scenarion voting is helping you to
make Windows Vista a better release of Windows and how does it help the development
process?
A: We share the data with feature owners across the product. In addition, we
are displaying raw comments around campus, and aligning this data with our internal
processes as well. The data also helps with specific, structured feedback that we
can use to assess how people feel about a particular scenario.
Anna Benesovska [MS] (Expert):
Q: Will Feature Focus scenarios be moved into the scenario voting section as they
are developed and released?
A: Yes, we are going to add new scenarios as new features get checked-into builds
and released to beta.
Paul Donnelly [MS] (Expert):
Q: [26] OK you say you will have scenarios for the next server release, amy details
on whether it will be at the same time as the next Vista release?
A::
Paul Donnelly [MS] (Expert):
Q: [35] Is there going to be a more centralized way/portal to view all aspects
of a beta? i.e. bug reports, scenarios, voting, NTP News Group discussions,RSS updates,
etc...
A: It's a good idea, but right now, we'
Anna Benesovska [MS] (Expert):
Q: [12] When will make scenario voting to Windows Longhorn "Server" and can you
use it build 5112 or is it just for the client?
A: The current scenario voting is only available for Vista, we are going to have
scenario voting for server when new server build available. We are talking to server product groups
on what build they will want feedback on at that time.
Anna Benesovska [MS]] (Expert):
Q: [11] Will you be introducing the facility to allow us to upload screenshots
if we encounter problems in completing a scenario?
A: You can already do thsi in MBC.
Ross [MS](Expert):
Q: [6] Are there specific scenarios that will test the interaction between the
server and client editions of the platform planned? (apologies if they are there
as I didn't see them)
A:: We are working with feature owners to increase the number of scenarios. At
this stage, we do not have mixed client/server scenarios on the site, but that's
certainly a possibility going forward.
Harry[MS] (Expert):
Q: [11] Will you be introducing the facility to allow us to upload screenshots
if we encounter problems in completing a scenario?
A: If you encounter a problem during a scenario and you want to send us a screenshot,
you should file a bug and attach the screen shot. To send slideshows or other media that you would like us to pass around, use
the "Dear Microsoft" feature.
Christina H [MS] (Expert):
Q: [13] There are a lot of scenario's you ask our opinion about, much more then
I do normally use, does this matter if one only answer those used and not all the
scenario's?
A: Scenario Voting is optional. We appreciate getting your feedback on any scenarios
you wish to explore. There is no obligation to try all scenarios.
Paul Donnelly [MS] (Expert):
Q: [29] What is more important to you (MS): doing specific scenarios or the usual
daily usage testing we have done in previous betas?
A: Neither. We need feedback on both. My suggestion would be to use the product
in daily use and test and as you get time go do some scenarios.
Paul Donnelly [MS] (Expert):
Q: [41] what is MBC?
A: The Microsoft Beta Client, the tool that you use to report bugs on Vista.
Paul Donnelly [MS] (Expert):
Q: [40] When is the next build of Vista being released?
A: We're on target to get you a build this month.
Christina H [MS] (Expert):
Q: [14] For persons who do not own a Tablet PC, should they bother to attempt
the Tablet PC Scenarios or just leave them out? I know its possible to do but very
daunting.
A:: Please feel free to leave these out if you don't have a Tablet PC.
Anna Benesovska [MS] (Expert):
Q: [8] Why is scenario testing supported on older builds of Windows Vista such
as 5112 and 5219? I thought the latest builds were more relevant to the testing
since glitches in earlier product builds would make feedback complex.
A: Product groups asked us to collect feedback on these builds as they view this
feedback relevant. Additionally, we’d like to collect data on these builds to establish a base-line.
Harry[MS] (Expert):
Q: [16] On other betas, there are scenarios listed with instructions. Have I
missed these on Vista? Clicking on a scenario to vote on doesn't give much information.
A: We purposefully did not include instructions with the scenarios because we
wanted to leave it open-ended. However, we have received this feedback from many
beta testers and will be adding information around more complicated scenarios.
Anna Benesovska [MS] (Expert):
Q: [20] Will there be specific scenarios for testing within the Longhorn server
environment as well; or will scenario testing be focused solely on the client aspect?
As a follow-on, will there be scenarios related to interaction with other platforms/systems?
A: Yes, & yes.
Ross [MS] (Expert):
Q: [19] On some of the scenario elements, e.g. Annotation of documents in Word
using Ink, it would seem that the version of the application you're testing with
would be key as well. Does this assume current release?
A: We try to leave the scenarios as ambiguous as possible, knowing that there
are many ways to accomplish a task. You are right in that the application version
will make a big difference here, but we did not want to be leading or inhibit someone's
ability to vote on ink by not having the right version.
Paul Donnelly [MS] (Expert):
Q: [23] What's the story on making bug/issue reports searchable or otherwise
more exposed? It would make things much easier to see if someone else has already
reported my issue and just vote for it and add anything additional I've learned
that's not already known.
A: Although you can search on peoples reports in Connect now I assume you are
asking for a full text search that is better at finding exactly what you are looking
for. This is something that we'll be looking for in future on the Connect site but
right now there are no imminent changes coming in that area.
Paul Donnelly [MS] (Expert):
Q: [51] Is connect 1,1 still due to go online in Late January?
A: A bit off topic, but yes.
Anna Benesovska [MS] (Expert):
Q: [22] Anna, have you had a chance to talk to the R2 people everyone from that
beta seems to have had a really good experiance?
A: I talked to R2 folks, yes. I have an idea about what made this beta successful.
Our team’s goal is to make this data at least as enjoyable as the R2. Please do continue to give
us feedback on how we are doing. Thanks.
Dan [MS] (Expert):
Q: [37] Is there time deadline on the senarios?
A: There is no time deadline. We will be keeping this going throughout the beta.
Also, as new builds come out, we will be adding new scenarios.
Harry[MS] (Expert):
Q: [39] Will the scenarios be 5 days - Monday to Friday? I would prefer if they
could include the weekends.
A: Scenario Voting is available 24/7 but Feature Focus runs for 5 business days
at a time.
Paul Donnelly [MS] (Expert):
Q: [52] Where is each beta download server located? It says Asia, America, and
Europe.. but I'm in Asia, get better bandwidth on Europe's server, and worst on
Asia's.. Can you tell us what country each one is in?
A: Again, off topic, but I'll answer. If you've got questions that are off topic,
it would be better if you posted them in .Beta_program newsgroup. The servers are
in Dublin, Singapore and Tukwila.
Harry[MS] (Expert):
Q: [53] Response to Harry [16]: Thanks. Even if I don't know how to do a scenario,
if I have instructions, I'll try it. My gain is that I learn something I didn't
know yesterday. Your gain is that you get to see ifyour instructions work.
A: Sounds great. Thanks for your feedback.
Ross [MS] (Expert):
Q: [38] I take it next build we get, we are to retest the senarios or just report
back on the ones that work better with it?
A: Either way is fine - we are also working with feature owners to enable more
scenarios.
Paul Donnelly [MS] (Expert):
Q: [57] Just want to say its been noticeable since the last general Beta Chat
how much communiction has improved, how much more we seem to be 'pulling in the
same direction', Scenario Voting is great, the site seems well structured - well
done!
A: Thanks!
Anna Benesovska [MS] (Expert):
Q: [30] Anna: I was looking for the link between Feature Focus and Scenario Voting.
Will Feature Focus continue even though there's Scenario Voting? How are they not
redundant?
A: You bet you! It absolutely will continue! We have great stuff coming, high
DPI, remote assistance over IPv6, WDP, volume control and more!
Paul Donnelly [MS] (Expert):
Q: [64] i want to test more vista server builds but i can see only beta 1 then
i login why ?
A: Beta 1 was the last server build released to the beta. Hopefully we'll have
an updated build available soon.
Ross [MS] (Expert):
Q: [43] Are you planning on "capturing" user experience (UX) via scenarios via
third party programs like Camtasia to see how users actually use Vista?
A: Yes, last week, we added the ability to upload these types of files with the
"Dear Microsoft" upload. We'd love for people to send us screen capture, audio,
video, or text.
Harry[MS] (Expert):
Q: [49] Do you intend to Extend the Senario Testing to other aspects?
A: We would like to. What do you have in mind? New builds will have new scenarios.
Anna Benesovska [MS] (Expert):
Q: [36] @Anna about number Question 24, I can run Vista perfectly, but for example,
I cannot create a new contact in OE, nor a new Group...
A: Why is it a bug? If so, vote anyway we still want to hear your satisfaction.
If it is an unknown bug, please bug it through the MBC.
Anna Benesovska [MS] (Expert):
Q: [50] Can you make a scenario-application, where it can capture any errors
or something?
A: Please be more specific. I don’t understand what you are asking.
Ross [MS] (Expert):
Q: [60] Are there any scenarios that so far have proven difficult to a lot of
testers?
A: We don't want to skew the voting by publishing results. We've gotten a wide
variety of feedback.
Harry[MS] (Expert):
Q: [61] I rather liked having to figure out how to do a scenario myself. It made
me poke around the OS more and I learned more.
A: Yes, we left it open-ended on purpose for that reason. However, because we
have been asked for more information, we will be providing more information around
complex scenarios in the future but this information will be hidden by default.
You will have to click to see it.
Dan [MS] (Expert):
Q: [56] Will there be chats on scenarios that prove to be particularly important
to product groups?
A: All of the scenarios are important to the product groups. We would like people
to try as many as they can so we can provide the product groups with good feedback
on all of them.
Ross [MS] (Expert):
Q: [69] Will there be specific scenarios that take into account more developer
oriented aspects such as web services functionality and integration with the OS
for advanced experiences?
A: Yes, we hope so. We are looking into getting developer scenarios in here.
Harry[MS] (Expert):
Q: [66] I noticed on some scenarios have extra lines available above the scenario,
could those be used to give instructions if needed or are they only ment to give
extra information?
A: Can you provide more information on where you are seeing these spaces? Also,
what browser are you using?
Anna Benesovska [MS] (Expert):
Q: [25] I'm testing some accesiblity stuff (Disability Software) with Longhorn
and most of the applications are not compatible such as screen reader and some reading
applications, will this issue be resolve on the new builds?
A: I don't know the answer to this. I can follow-up with the PG.
Harry[MS] (Expert):
Q: [67] Will future scenarios take into account PXE based builds and higher level
administration type approaches?
A: Great suggestion. We will look into adding them.
Paul Donnelly [MS] (Expert):
Q: [31] Is there any way to review bug scenarios and ensure that you're not reporting
something already present easily, and if you do, any way you can get feedback on
the issue already present/logged?
A: You can search on feedback in Microsoft connect to find bugs that have already
been reported.
Ross [MS] (Expert):
Q: [72] What is the low end of the spectrum for scenario testing? (Curious as
I have a lot of machines that run the gamut)
A: If you can run Vista, then please go ahead and vote...the site will work from
XP too...
Dan [MS] (Expert):
Q: [74] Re [56]: But will there be chats for some of the scenarios?
A: Yes. There will likely be many more chats around scenarios with the product
groups. They will be scheduled through the beta program as needed.
Anna Benesovska [MS] (Expert):
Q: [62] Are there more plans for interactive feedback? Are there different items
being worked on like feature focus?
A: Yes, we are toying with Live Meetings, and enhancing the social aspect of
our beta. This answer is obscure on purpose as some of this is in proposal stages.
Anna Benesovska [MS] (Expert):
Q: [81] will the voting scenarios get updated and news ones added as we see new
features in later builds?
A: YES!
Ross [MS] (Expert):
Q: [76] If developer scenarios are instituted, can they be identified as "developer
oriented" so the rest of us won't think we're idiots?
A: Developer scenarios will have their own category (similar to Games or Music
on the site now)
Harry[MS] (Expert):
Q: [77] Harry [66] I could click on top of some scenarios and see some extra
lines of info or explanation. Looks like a good option for the user this was with
IE 7 from Vista X86.
A: Hmmm... not sure what you are seeing. Are you seeing this currently or are
you suggesting that we should add them to provide more information?
Ross [MS] (Expert):
Q: [75] Are there any plans for security oriented scenarios that will test various
features out in a safe/controlled manner such as the phishing filter, firewall,
etc.?
A: We are working with the feature owners on additional scenarios. Great suggestion.
We hope so...
Anna Benesovska [MS] (Expert):
Q: [82] Do you have plans for localized versions of Vista? I guess localization
would be a great scenario for testing.
A: We are building scenarios around Server roles and active directory is a major
topic.
Anna Benesovska [MS] (Expert):
Q: [82] Do you have plans for localized versions of Vista? I guess localization
would be a great scenario for testing.
A: Localization will happen at some point no doubt about it. When it does we
will be talking to localization teams about scenario voting and localization scenarios.
Anna Benesovska [MS] (Expert):
Q: [83] server / active directory scenarions would be very useful in helping
us get to understand what is new in that area, especially core server
A: We are building scenarios around Server role and active directory is a major
topic.
Ross [MS] (Expert):
Q: [84] I personally find scenario voting particularly useful as it allows me
to focus my testing on specific areas - which in turn allow me to identify other
problems I find along the way. Was this the intent?
A: We're glad you find it useful. One of the design goals was to help spur some
"I didn't know you could do that!" discovery, and so I'm glad that has sent you
into new areas...
Ross [MS] (Expert):
Q: [88] What I like about Scenario Voting is that I have already developed preconceived
notions about and habitual ways of using Vista that SV invites me to break out of.
A: Excellent - glad you like it!
Dan [MS] (Expert):
Q: [91] WHEN and WHAT is our first Scenario for Voting?
A: There is no specific starting scenario. One approach would be to vote on the
scenarios you typically do and then try new scenarios as you can.
Anna Benesovska [MS] (Expert):
Q: [86] Most of the scenarios articulated at this time seem to be oriented around
the available UI features. Given the fact that WinFX is still not compatabile with
the currently availale builds, are there new scenarios that would allow to test
the WinFX specifics
A: We are working with feature owners to produce scenarios, winfx folks have
options to submit scenarios
Anna Benesovska [MS] (Expert):
Q: [90] Will there be scenarios utilizing the P2P core in Vista at a user and
ideally developer level as well? (Has this been considered? - asking as we have
plans for using that
A: We are planning to add developer scenarios soon, I am not sure whether they
will be around P2P.
Harry[MS] (Expert):
Q: [93] R[77]: Harry, I talked about the option Show description, it is on Edit
contact details. Looks like a perfect option to put short instructions in also.
A: Okay. We'll look into that. Thanks!
Ross [MS] (Expert):
Q: [92] How is testing going with vendors like Dell, HP?
A: Any suggestions on how we can improve the Scenario Voting site? (other than
"give us a new build of Vista :)
Paul Donnelly [MS] (Expert):
Q: [95] The Scenarios site seems much more colourful and less bland than the
normal connect site, is this a Connect 1.1 feature? It feels much more 'welcoming'.
A: The scenario voting site was not developed by Connect but was done by the
Vista team - you can thank Ross and Harry especially for this. We use a feature
that allows us to host it on connect so it appears to be on the same site.
Ross [MS] (Expert):
Q: [96] Is it possible to submit a new scenario or would it be a new feature
request ?
A: Good idea - yes, we are considering adding a feature to the voting site to
accept new scenarios.
Anna Benesovska [MS] (Expert):
Q: [94] How exactly does the Senario Testing help with relationship to bug reports
and Solutions to Problems, its it a three way feedback to find Bugs?
A: Scenarios are an end-to-end solution feedback system, it sometimes (very often)
crosses features, and feature subsets. Most bugs, except perhaps DCRs and feature
request do not provide this type of feedback.
Anna Benesovska [MS] (Expert):
Q: [97] I would like more work oriented, network oriented, server/client oriented
scenarios. And, when MCE works a little better on my machine, I would like to try
it with a scenario too. ; )
A: Networking is weak at this point, I am talking to the networking product groups
and they are going to submit more scenarios. MCE team is compiling a list so there
will be tons of stuff to focus on there J !
Harry[MS] (Expert):
Q: [105] Congrats to Ross and Harry - can you do some more sites please? :)
A: Thanks for the encouragement!
Anna Benesovska [MS] (Expert):
Q: [98] I think one of the first scenario should be for "loading and troubleshooting drivers"...and the recognizing if
we have the latest, greatest driver.....Is this the kind of "Voting Scenario" you
would expect in this new offer?
A: Yes, devices have been very involved with us, per holiday movie :) and will be providing more scenarios.
Ross [MS] (Expert):
Q: [99] The scenarios are quite useful; When clicking on them a quick expand
that shows a few lines of "what" the scenario entails would be quite useful. A chm
file or e-mailed list would be great as well.
A: On some of the scenarios, we have details, but one of the guiding design tenets
was not to guide people with too much detail. If something is not obvious, we wanted
to get that feedback too.
Harry[MS] (Expert):
Q: [108] Not a major issue, but it would be cool if the site could detect, version
of Vista, platform, etc, rather than being manually entered
A: Check back later today and we should have that -just for you! ;-)
Ross [MS] (Expert):
Q: [102] Some scenarios could be helped in future if there were links directly
to help content, perhaps later in the cycle we will see this.?
A: On some of the scenarios, we have details, but one of the guiding design tenets
was not to guide people with too much detail. If something is not obvious, we wanted
to get that feedback too. Over time, yes, we can add help links where needed...
Anna Benesovska [MS] (Expert):
Q: [104] Would be very nifty to cross-test things as well; e.g. for tablet users
send a OneNote file of scenarios to tick off as you go through and note down information
on... dog - food - eat :)
A: :) yep that would be very nice, I hope these will get more complex as we go
Anna Benesovska [MS] (Expert):
Q: [106] I would also like more Core scenarios. Otherwise, I may never use it
day to day. ; )
A: what do you consider core scenarios?
Anna Benesovska [MS] (Expert):
Q: [109] Thanks, This chat's been most helpful!
A: sweet thanks for sticking around
Ross [MS] (Expert):
Q: [113] Why not wait to add details to a scenario until feedback show people
are having trouble understanding what to do? Then add detail.
A: Yes, we certainly will be monitoring and if people don't know how to complete,
we'll add help and more details.
Dan [MS] (Expert):
Q: [103] A small suggestion, maybe a few weeks after a build is released, you
could have a section on the scenario voting site that would show the top 10 least
attempted scenarios, people would then try them out more if their attention was
drawn
A: We are going to look at options for doing things like this as we really want
to get good feedback on all scenarios.
Anna Benesovska [MS] (Expert):
Q: [110] When will we see a Senario Newsgroup?
A: Please discuss scenario related questions in the respective newsgroups, i.e.
networking scenarios in networking, I.E. in web-browsing, etc..
Ross [MS] (Expert):
Hey everyone - I have to leave now - thanks so much
for your help with the Scenario Voting site - we really appreciate your comments,
suggestions, and votes. Thanks, Ross
Anna Benesovska [MS] (Expert):
Q: [111] OK...now the hour is up our enthusiasm (sp?) is peak'n...the beta community
thrives on these "CHATS" When is the next one????
A: We have few coming, you will be notified.
Dan [MS] (Expert):
Q: [118] Thanks everyone, I do believe this was usefull!
A: That's great. It's been very helpful for us as well.
Ross [MS] (Expert):
Q: [115] Q102 Cheers Ross, I was particularly getting at where you wish to make
sure the instructions in help are guiding the user correctly.
A: Yes, there are definitely cases where we need to provide help links.
Anna Benesovska [MS] (Expert):
Q: [117] Is this chat under NDA?
A: nope
Anna Benesovska [MS] (Expert):
Q: [107] And maybe for those who like a short instruction, put in there to, there
is a option for it as mentioned before {see Q 77}
A: thanks for the suggestion
Christina H [MS] (Expert):
Q: [114] A link to Scenario Voting in the upper left hand pane of the LH/Vista
page would be nice instead of scrolling down to the current link. Yes i am that
lazy!
A: Thanks for the suggestion. The current location of the links is a fixed location,
but we appreciate the feedback.
Anna Benesovska [MS] (Expert):
Q: [119] Thanks to all the experts for taking time out of their schedules to
do this chat!
A: Thanks for taking the time out of your schedules!
